At the 2026 Outsider Art Fair in New York, Feheley Fine Arts was invited to curate the fair’s featured booth. We presented From the North, a thoughtfully conceived exhibition tracing the history of artmaking in the North from the 1950s to the present day. Through a selection of significant artworks, the exhibition highlighted the traditions of innovation, resourcefulness, and imagination that have shaped Inuit artistic practice across generations.
As part of the exhibition program, we organized a panel discussion featuring Patricia Feheley, artist Jessica Winters, lifelong collector Edd Guarino, and Margarita Lizcano Hernandez, Curatorial Assistant at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). The discussion was moderated by Mary-Dailey Desmarais, Chief Curator at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
