During an experimental two-year period, artists working at the Kinngait Studios created a number of incredible collaborative drawings. Using the “exquisite corpse” method coined by the surrealist art movement, the process involved two or more artists collaborating on a drawn composition on paper, sometimes without seeing the portion drawn by the previous artist. Featuring contributions by Shuvinai Ashoona, Ningiukulu Teevee, Saimaiyu Akesuk, Padloo Samayualie, Johnny Pootoogook, Ooloosie Saila, and many others.
